Aura is a children's video streaming service operated by Samrath.ai, based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at support@samrath.ai.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Aura accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Children watch content through a parent's account — they do not create accounts or submit any data themselves.
If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at support@samrath.ai if you believe this has occurred.

We do not collect location data, run behavioural advertising, or build profiles for third-party marketing.
We will never sell your personal information. We will never use it for advertising. We will never share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Aura:
That's it. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking tools.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes (typically 7 years for billing records under Canadian tax law).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and infrastructure security.
We are a small team and take security seriously. If you discover a security issue, please contact us immediately at support@samrath.ai.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
Continued use of Aura after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
